One of our new forms has caused freezing on two users PC's. We have only recently finished the form and added it to our website so there have not been any completed external submissions.
Both users attempted to complete the form yesterday.
Could this be attributed to the size of the form (over 30 pages)? None of our other forms have had this problem.

I checked your form using JotForm's preview and I experience no slow down or freezing in rendering the form. However, when I checked the page URL you provided, I did noticed a bit of delay before the whole page got displayed on the browser. With this, I confirmed that the slow down cannot be directly attributed to the number of pages in the form. It could be instead related to the way the form was included in the website page.
Additionaly, I noticed an odd part in your website page where the form is used. There is a huge 'space' or gap between the upper portion of the form and the area or next area below after the 'Begin' page break.(please see screen below for better explanation).
I think this anomally could be the one causing the delay in rendering the page.
You may want to check the page itself and also the embedded code of the form. If you are using the iframe code when embedding, can you please try editing the "scrolling=yes" in the iframe code. Please see if this sorted it out.

Thank you for the prompt response. There is a huge space or gap on page one however as you move through the pages some do fill the gap. We prefer not to scroll if possible. Our website pages scroll already so we are trying to avoid an additional scroll for the iframes.
I could not repeat the error and found all pages loaded and we completed the form without freezing so I am thinking the two freezes yesterday were just a bit of bad luck. You confirming there was no slow down or freezing when rendering when you checked gives us additional comfort that it was probably just a couple of isolated cases.

Your input regarding 'avoiding additional scroll iframe' base on your current website design also enlightened in me in cosidering such characteristic in the page design before suggesting iframe to our Customers.

Just had another submission freeze.

Second time for this user. They get to the end of the form (over 33 pages) and it freezes after they submit.

Hello, Brad. After filling up your form and pressing the submit button, I was able to see the thank you page.
Can you try clearing you browser's cache and try making a test submission again? It would also help if you can share with us the browser that you have used so that we can try replicating the issue if possible.
