Some data has had hashtags inserted

I have just downloaded submissions for July and some data appears to have been corrupted. People's names, email addresses and courses completed have had # inserted. The course name field is hidden and read only so this can't have been done by the people completing the form incorrectly.

These all seem to have happened on 28/7/2016. Others using the same IP address don't appear to have had a problem.

Can anyone explain what has happened?

Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a problem which caused the replacement of some characters in your submission data to # char. This issue has now been fixed. You should receive new submissions without any issues. I have also forwarded this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. We will update you on this thread as soon as this has been fixed. By the meantime, you can check those submissions from your email history. Please check the guide below for more information:

Thank you. I'll check the email history as you suggest. It seems slow to load at the moment so I'll try again later.
