OK, now I am able to access https://www.jotform.com but It was not working all day Wednesday - got a bad request type of message whenever I tried to access the https area. Now that I can access it, both Firefox and IE 8 still warns me that the information is only partially encrypted, and is not safe and can be viewed by others. WHAT is going on here? THis past week has been a huge frustration with this new interface. Is this issue going to be dealt with ? I have sensitive information in some of my submissions.

There are usually happening because a non-secure image is included in the page. So, you can ignore them. The connection is still very secure. Since we are keeping the old site open I cannot talk about details but the new site is much more secure than the old site. You have said all kinds things to us this week but if security is important for you the new version is actually better for you.

If I click "YES", then I cannot see any of my submissions and the gold padlock is full view, and if I click "NO" then I can see my submissions and there is NO gold padlock on the address bar, which means that they may be insecure.
