I have built a form that consists of Date fields. When people submit the form, I can see the dates, but in the emails that are sent to me all the date fields appear to be empty.
Why is this happening and how can I make sure I receive those dates with the forwarded forms?

Delete the email and re-create it. That should reset the field names on the emails.
To delete email, click on "Email Alerts" button, select the notification email, and then click on "Delete Email" button.
To re-create the email, click on "Email Alerts" button again, then click on "Add New Email" and select "Notification" option and complete the wizard.
