trouble creating an account

Hi, 

I'm getting an error that an account has already been created with the email lghsfieldhockey@gmail.com but I haven't created an account. I tried to reset the password but go an error saying: "No user with this email address or username has been found."

I just checked the system, and not found any user associated with the email address lghsfieldhockey@gmail.com. Can you please let us know, what username you are trying to use, while creating the account. 

I would also suggest you to try with a different username.

If you still face issue, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.
