    Unfortunately we are unable to see the screenshot you have shared. I would suggest you to please share the screenshot again and we will take a look.

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did test your last edited from and it seems to work as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I have tried submitting two of your JotForms and I was able to submit them normally.

     

    Are you still experiencing the issue with the forms? As per the message that you have provided, it seems that the issue might be with the browser. Could you check if submitting the forms using a different browser (Chrome/Firefox recommended) and see if that helps? Also, please let us know if these forms are embedded any of your web pages and experiencing the issue.

    I DON'T UNDERSTAND THESE ARE ALL PEOPLE WHO SUBMIT REGULARLY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN (STARTING YESTERDAY AFTERNOON) CANNOT CONNECT TO JOTFORM SERVER.

    EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE, ALL OTHER BROWSING INCLUDING EMAILING PICTURES, PDF FILES AND CONNECTING TO OTHER SITES

    I HAVE MORE USERS STRUGGLING TO CONNECT TODAY.

    IS THIS ONLY IN UK? 

    IT'S NOT JUST OUR ACCOUNT EITHER I KNOW OF ANOTHER COMPANY HAVING THE SAME ISSUES JUST WITH THEIR JOTFORM ACCOUNT.

    I'M BAFFLED DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL THEM

    The listed forms aren't that lengthy that would crash anyone's browser. We received a report where Jotform is not accessible to their end, but that is from Egypt.  I don't think we have an issue with UK users, but I'll keep an eye on this matter.

    I'll check the listed forms and let you know what could be done to prevent the issue from happening.

    The Autofill feature is enabled in all forms. I think this is causing your users the issue of browser crashing. The autofill will be triggered every 5 seconds and would sometimes cause a small freezing in the browser so it's recommended to wait before moving on.

    You may consider disabling the feature to see if that helps. But let us know if the issue persists.

    I KNOW THIS MIGHT NOT BE YOUR AREA OF EXPERTISE BUT COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT ONE INTERNET PROVIDER HAS AN ISSUE WITH CONNECTING TO JOTFORM?? I HAVE DISCOVERED ALL THE PEOPLE HAVING TROUBLE ALL USE EE AS A SERVICE PROVIDER AND I WONDERED IF THIS WAS RELEVANT. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

    THE USERS NEED TO BE ABLE TO CONTINUE FORMS LATER AS THEY FILL IN AND SUBMIT THE FORM WHEN THEY COLLECT A VEHICLE THEN DRIVE IT TO ITS DESTINATION OPEN THE FORM AGAIN AND GET A SIGNATURE AS PROOF OF DELIVERY AND THAT DELIVERY POINT HAS SEEN THE APPRAISAL AND THEN MAKE ANOTHER SUBMISSION ON THE FORM

    I DON'T KNOW ANY OTHER WAY OF ACHIEVING THIS

    Well, there are cases like that, sometimes a DNS issue so their provider might be a factor. You can suggest them checking to see if Jotform is blocked. Ask them to check any special settings or a way to whitelist a domain if any.

    As for the autofill, that is just to see if this feature is causing them the issue. Just to troubleshoot the problem. We actually have another method of saving forms and continue later, using session URL. For example;

    https://form.jotform.com/62134540838960?session=welvin

    But to use this, you'll need to add a pagebreak in the form (https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms).

    This guide for session URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later. The guide does state to use two forms, but you can skip this steps and directly append the session URL in the form.

    NO, ANYONE TRYING TO SUBMIT ON AN EE CONNECTION IN THE UK CAN'T DO IT

    IT JUST WON'T CONNECT AT ALL

    EE ARE SAYING THAT JOTFORM IS NOT BLACKLISTED AT ALL

    I HAVE TESTED SUBMITTING A FORM AND IT WILL WORK ON OTHER NETWORKS (TESTED 02, BT WIFI & VODAFONE) BUT NOT ON EE WIFI OR EE MOBILE DATA, AT ALL

    WE CAN NOW VEIW THE SUBMISSIONS THAT ARE GETTING THROUGH.

    Well. This indicates that there is an issue with the EE itself. Could you check if the following web page helps in resolving the issue.

    Also, we request you to check with EE once again since you are able to access your JotForms using other networks. We'll also follow-up with EE from our end.

    Could you try accessing the following form using EE network and let us know if the form is opening normally so that we can send this URL to EE for further investigation?

    Please try opening the console by pressing the combination keys Ctrl+Shift+J before you access the form to see if it is reporting any errors.  It would be helpful if you can send us the screenshot of console so that we can forward the same to EE.

    ALREADY BEEN THROUGH THOSE PAGES WITH EE

    I TRIED TO SUBMIT YOUR FORM, THE FORM OPENS FINE AND LETS ME FILL IT IN BUT WHEN I PRESS SUBMIT, IT STAYS ON 'PLEASE WAIT' FOR A WHILE AND THEN I GET THE FOLLOWING SCREEN

    THOSE WERE SENT USING A SAMSUNG TABLET DEVICE AS MY COMPUTER IS WIRED TO A BT CONNECTION AND WORKS FINE. SO I COULDN'T CARRY OUT THE CONSOLE PROCEDURE

    THE EE CONNECTION TO JOTFORM APPEARS TO BE WORKING THIS MORNING AND I CAN SEE SUBMISSIONS AGAIN. FINGERS CROSSED IT CONTINUES. SO THANK YOU UNTIL THE NEXT PROBLEM WHICH IS USUALLY ONLY A FEW HOURS AWAY
