Form doesnt work due to security issues

    After submitting the form I just see this... :-/

    I cloned your form but I am unable to replicate the problem. Here's what I got when I submitted the form:

    However, I do noticed some errors in your form.

    First error is that you have a lot of errors in your conditional logic:

    Another problem is that you have a lot of resources in your form that is loaded on a non-HTTPS protocol. These are your images. Here's an example:

    The logo in your first page http://www.uniquefragrance.com/media/wysiwyg/presse-bilder/gold-logo.png is loaded in a non-HTTPS protocol, which makes the form to have a mixed content. 

    I strongly suggest uploading your images on a secure protocol. 

     

    May we also know how you are using the form? Did you fill it out using the form's direct link (https://form.jotformeu.com/61911832899367) or did you embed it on your website in a special way? Could you also please try clearing your browser's cache before testing the form again.
