When I add Box integration, do file uploads go towards my 100mb limit or my Box limit?

I added Box as an integration. I want files uploads to go there instead of Jotform. Will files use my 100mb limit or my Box limit?

Well, it works like this, every file uploaded is going first to our servers and then to integration, so it will affect the limit, but you can always delete the uploaded file to free up the space.
