The Jotform shown at the following URL: http://aftaus.com/member_app.html is not sending an email upon submission, to the email address entered in the Notifications under Email Alerts. At least, that is what my client is telling me. The Recipient's Email address should be: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please advise as to the problem.

I have checked your account and found out that mails to firstname.lastname@example.org bounced. Please re-confirm the email address and if possible try another different one for testing purpose.
Please also request your ISP to whitelist jotmails ips found on this link; http://jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
