I accidentally deleted the option to receive notices when someone submits a form, but after reenterring it, I still do not receive notices when someone submits a form. So if I forget to go in and check, then it may be weeks before I find the information. Can someone help me?

I have just checked your form https://www.jotform.com/61675233218960. I am able to see you have set the notification email for that form as "firstname.lastname@example.org"
If you are not receiving the form submission email notification, on "email@example.com", then please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
