Form is missing

Another question: I worked on my forms as a guest and after finally registering at jotform my second form has dissappeared. Do I have to rebuild this again?

As I understand, you created a form before using a guest account and it disappeared after you signed up. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the guest account or the form. I checked our database using your IP address but I didn't find it.

Do you know the form ID? You can also provide the URL of the form or the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded. I checked your webpage but there's no JotForm forms on it.
