A field does not show in the notification.

    I have a field for place of worship.  It shows on the form while filling it out, however when it is submitted it does not.  I have tried everything I can think of.  Even changed to a different field and cannot get it to show up

    I assume you are referring to the form titled "WEEKEND TEAM APPLICATION ", which has a text area for "Where do you worship?"

    I checked the submissions page of that form and I was able to see the field there.

    However, I checked the email records and I noticed that the field "Where do you worship" is not available there.

    To resolve this issue, all we need to do is to add the Form Field for the place of worship into the notification text. Please follow the guide below.

    1. Go to your Notification Settings and open the Form Fields dropdown

    2. Find the "Where do you worship" field and click on it to add it to the email.

    Once this is done, you should be able to see the place of worship field in the next notifications.
