PayPal integration -what do I need to set up recurring subscriptions?

using just the basic PayPal redirect, do I need to set up anything special within my PayPal account to allow people to pay for a monthly subscription.  I went through the PayPal setup wizard and selected everything for reoccurring payments, is there anything I need to do on the PayPal side of things?
