Where are the forms hosted?

    Hi,

    We are looking at setting up forms for clients to fill out and the info can then be sent to us.

    Id like to learn more about how your site works.

    1. Where are the forms hosted for the client to complete

    2. After the client submits a form, does the info then get sent through to someone

    3. Can you select what email the forms get sent to after completion, and can this change for each form

    4. Can you upload company logos to the forms?

     

    I have included a link below of a form that is similar to something we would like to create.

    1. Where are the forms hosted for the client to complete

    All the forms are hosted with JotForm servers. You may also embed the form on your web pages using full source code. However, all the submissions received will be stored within your JotForm account.
