How do I define different shipping options or how can I implement UPS rates while checking out?

The Shipping options can be found inside the payment integration. Select the payment field and then click the "wand" icon.
After the Products screen, you'll see these options. Click the "Shipping" button.
You'll see the "Shipping Cost" and "Weight Value" option where you can fully customize or configure your Shipping options.

Can someone help me to set this up?
Also when you have multiple quantities and prices the standard price selection can not be left empty. When you put in
„0“ it shows „Free“

Our shipping options are either flat rate (same shipping cost regardless of the amount), or per quantity (shipping price increases proportionally to selected quantity of the product).
You can set shipping rates by using the Shipping tab of your payment tool setup wizard:
I'm afraid we don't have the option of selectively having shipping applied for certain quantities, and not having shipping fees for other quantities. Shipping in our payment tools can only be set to a certain price for 1 item, and another price for any additional items.
If you want to have a more customized experience with the ability to set your own shipping costs, the alternative would be to calculate the total price by using several regular fields where your users would select their products, and then forwarding the total value your form calculated to the payment tool for payment.
The following guide describes how to perform calculations on your form, by using our Form Calculation fields:
https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
As the setup with form calculations requires having your products and shipping presented on form with regular form fields, such as Radio Buttons, Check Boxes, or Drop Downs, the following guide describes how to add calculation values to options in such fields:
https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
And finally, once the price is calculated on the form, the following guide describes how to forward that value to the payment tool:
https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field
Please let us know whether this will work to your satisfaction, or if you need any clarifications or assistance with the alternative method.
