With the multiple upload button, users have indicated to me that it only works if they click the very top of that button

In IE, Chrome, and Firefox, users have told me that they are unable to open the Windows Explorer window and choose their file(s) by clicking the Upload button unless they click the very top of the button. The hand icon appears when they hover any portion of the Upload button, but if they click anywhere but the very top nothing happens. Is this a settings issue?

I tried checking your form https://www.jotform.com/61718452883161 but I did not find anything wrong with it. One thing I noticed is that your form has a number of fields in it which is in some way takes some time to load. It's possible that they were trying to press the upload button when the form has actually not completed loading on the browser.

But if I'm misunderstanding the form in issue, can you tell us the link to the form?
