How come I cannot see the actual pdf form that was filled out and submitted?

I just did a test.  I downloaded the fillable PDF and filled it out and clicked submit.  It shows I have 7 submissions but I cannot view the pdf file that was filled out.  Also, I would like to get email notification with a copy of the submitted pdf if possible.

Here's how to download your form submissions into PDF format. https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

If you want the submissions PDF to come as an attachment on email notification, you can enable it in your email notification settings under the advanced tab.

And here's how to find out what email is used for submissions https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications.

Thanks for the response and I've used this feature for other forms on
jotform but I cannot get this screen to pull up for a fillable PDF form.
    Rephrasing my original question:
How can I make it so that I receive email
notifications from a PDF fillable form, not a regular form?
    Thanks!
