Form submissions are not being emailed to me along with some confusing messages

    I completed a form, got a confirming message that it was completed. Later the same tab displayed a message that the form was not completed. I did not get an email with the data submitted. The terms and conditions link has not been completed in the form, otherwise I believe I completed the sample submission correctly.

    Anyway, something is wrong and I need to get it fixed right away. Do you have any theories.

    Apparently this support software only lets you upload a single file. When I followed the GO BACK link, the form displayed with no data in it. I have screen shots that show I completed all fields in the form, including the checkmark for terms and conditions.

    Looking forward to some insight on what has gone wrong. Do you want me to send the screenshots in another email?

    I checked your form but I did not find any problems with making a submission.

    You will also find the submission on the submissions page (Feel free to delete it)

    Is it possible that you have tried refreshing the same submission? If so, that will definitely cause issue. This is because the multi-upload field only handles the file attachment upon the 1st post submission. Refreshing your form will no longer recognize the files attached. This is because the file upload process on the multi-upload field runs on the back-end. Unlike the single file upload field that the upload process runs only at the time of the post submission.

    Hope this clarifies some issues.

    Sorry but I am doing this for the first time so I did not really grasp everything you said.

    Some questions which I hope you can answer each in turn:

    1. Where is the submissions page? How do I view it? I thought submissions always came to me at my email address.

    2. How would I refresh the same submission?

    3. What does it mean that the multi-upload field only hands the file attachment upon the 1st post submission? A user can upload multiple files, right?

    4. I don't understand what it means that the single file upload runs only at the time of the post submission. I guess I don't really grasp what happens when the user selects the SUBMIT button and how I am supposed to eventually see the result.
