Is there a way to create a basic set of fields then repeat if needed?

    Hi,

I am creating a form to upload images on a survey.  In my example, lets say I want to upload two images per item surveyed.  Is there a way I can create a basic set of survey item picture upload fields and then as the surveyor finds more items it will expand and expect two pics for each entry.

    Basically, I want:

Description of Item: (Text entry Field)

    Pic 1: (Upload Image)

    Pic 2: (Upload Image)

Next Item? (If Selected repeat first three fields)

    Name: (Text Entry Field)

    Date: (Date Entry Field)

    Signature: (Signature Entry Field)

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I guess you want to dynamically do it? Dynamic, means no limit to the number of sections that can be added. Unfortunately, it's not possible.

Your workaround would be to add the fields and then duplicate the fields to your preferred number. You can use the Manage Field feature to duplicate the fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/242-How-to-Manage-Multiple-Fields.

Now, simply add a conditional logic to show the next set of fields when they choose to add a new item.
