This form (https://www.jotform.com/form/10870228168) belongs to the user account (fatema). The email of that account is (email@example.com) and not the one you provided. These email addresses is not in the bounce list.
I tried requesting for a password reset again using the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please check your spam or junk folders. You may want to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses.
