Why am I not getting emails to set my password?

    I forgot my user name and password. Is there any way to reset them?

    Hello Sonal, I checked and confirmed your email ended up on our Bounce List with the following reason.

    Result: 

    sonal.kavaiya@wnco.com is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : 550 Denied by policy

    This explains why you're not getting the Password Reset instructions on your email.

    I have now removed your email from the Bounce List so please try resending the password reset instructions by clicking the FORGOT PASSWORD link on this page https://www.jotform.com/login 

    As a safety precaution, I will be listing down a few things to help you in case it happens again in the future:

    1. Prior to contacting us, you can check your mail logs if you suspect you're not receiving emails. Here's How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History and How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    2. You should also consider Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses You can either do this or let your email provider do it for you.
