how do i edit / delete the "price" with the product info.

that field isnt accessiblle to edit.  please advise

Since you have "Special Pricing" enabled for that product, it uses the special prices set rather than the price in the product menu.  Edit the options for the product:

You can either disable the special pricing and set a single price or click on "Next" to edit the pricing for your options:
