I'm getting reports that the form is failing to take people to Paypal payment page

I set up a form and it worked fine for some time. However, people are now telling me that my form no longer takes them to Paypal site to make payment after filling out and submitting the form

Please advise.

I was able to submit your form and get the Paypal payment page, but we are getting some reports like this that forms are not working, error on submit. We are aware of the situation and our developers have been informed already.

For the meantime, I would suggest updating your form embed codes. It seems that you're using the old one which is not secure. I would suggest using our iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. 

Thank you - I m now getting people paying by paypal, but their forms are not being seen in submissions page, also i am not getting notifications and users are not getting the auto responce email.

Ok. There must be a delay in updating the submissions to the database. Please check later and let us know if the submissions are still not showing up. If we have any update from our backend team. we'll post you here.
