    Can you alter a form's opacity if it uses a background image?

    Asked by iranscam on August 02, 2016 at 04:08 PM

    Currently, my form's background page is completely transparent so I can view the background image I'd already set in place. The actual form itself uses a background image of the lightly-shaded company logo with white filling in the remaining space. Is there a way to alter the opacity of form with the background image still in place? The rest of my site features semi-transparent grayish boxes floating over a consistent background image on the page, and I'd like to keep this form consistent with that theme.

    I've included an example of an identical feature, as well as how my form currently looks on my site. I'd like to get that grayed-out transparent-ish effect on the form's background image.

    You can't really change the opacity of the form it self, but if you have a transparent background you can modify the opacity of the fields using the following code

    .form-textbox, .form-textarea {

        background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3) !important;

    The first three digits allow you to select the color of the field, while the 4th enables you to adjust the opacity.

    Please let us know if that helps.
