How to edit submissions without creating new entries

Asked by opxladmin on August 02, 2016 at 05:02 PM

    OK, here is the scenario.

    One form.

    Fill in a section

    Submit the first time

Receive a Responder email with an Edit link

    Click Edit link

    Continue filling in the form

    Click Submit a second time

    Later, click Edit link again

    Complete the form

    Click Submit a second time

We need ONE ROW in the Excel and Grid and Submissions reports. One row, merging all the data from all three submissions.

Right now, in my Excel report I get three rows, one each for each time I hit submit.

This is now impossible to work with because I need one row in the database, one row.

    How can we do this?

    Thanks,

    Doug

The submission editing should not create any new records. Please re-check this functionality.

If the issue still persists on your side, please provide us with the steps to reproduce it.
