How to add the link the website was currently on during form submission?

    Hi there,

I have a printing business and therefore have many pages on my website with "request a quote" forms through jotform.

What I'm wondering is, is it possible to have the URL of the page the customer was on when they submitted the form included with the form submission? This would help me know what product they wanted without me having to reconfigure every form I made.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

This will be achieved by adding this widget to your form: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

The Get Form Page URL widget will capture the webpage link where it is embedded and it will be shown in the submissions page.

This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form

    Hope this helps.
