    Submission is showing with wrong info.

    I had a client sign a form with all the correct information when she was here.  Now I look back at the form and it's the completely wrong form but has her signature on it.  It's taken information from the next form I did and applied it to hers.  No idea what to do here.

    I have checked this form http://www.jotform.ca/form/62147365676262 where I found two submissions where data in some fields seems the same. 

    I can see the submissions where made at different time, I have tested the form and I could not replicate the issue, I'm not sure what was the process you followed when submitted the form. 

    I'm also checking the emails that were sent from that form and I can see the data is the same as shown in the submissions. 

    Could you please provide us the details of the submission? 

    Also, if the form is not the correct, please let us know, we will be glad to check the correct form.

    That's ok, we had a track record of what we discussed so I just re did it for her to have for her records. I don't remember the process I took either it was months ago.

    Thank you for updating us. If it is the wrong form, there might be a mistake at some point where the user used the incorrect form link. Perhaps a copy or a clone of the form was used instead?
