I created a survey without an account and now have been prompted to upgrade because I've hit my response limit. Can I upgrade without losing access to my survey results?

Yes. When you create an account using the same email address the forms associated with this email will be automatically moved to the newly registered account along with the submissions. Since you are using a guest account, you can receive only up to 20 submissions per month. When you register for a free account, you can get up to 100 submissions in a month. Please refer to our pricing page for more information on the limits of the subscription plans.
