We have received a blank question form you with just the title as "temporarily unavailable". Do you mean to say that you are unable to access JotForm editor?
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. We did have some technical glitch earlier today which was causing this issue. The issue was resolved quickly by our backend team. I would suggest you to please test your form again or try to sign in to your JotForm account again and get back to us if the issue persists.
