How do i give someone else access to submissions?

Do you want to send submission emails to some other email address as well? 

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement and here are the options available:

#1. You can add multiple email address separated by comma and space and add it in the recipient email address of your form's notification email alert. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients 

#2. You can also add a new email alert for every additional email address you want to send submissions. The following guide should help you how to add new email alert:  https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
