1. For Silver package, if we were to only get it for a month,  are we able to cancel right after the first month or will there be any cancellation fee or penalty?

Thank you for contacting us. You can upgrade or downgrade your account whenever you want. There will not be any penalty or fee for cancellation.=)

You can upgrade your account to the monthly silver package. At the end of a month, you can downgrade your account back to free, And, you can continue to use your account as a free account.
