I am not getting the form email to my primary email address

    I also have the same problem. No email notifications for my primary address and nothing helps. I've recently added a second email address and I get the notifications properly, but the main email seems to be not not working even when I add a new "send" button to my form. Could you please fix it asap

    You have posted the following thread four (4) days ago and my colleague has already fixed your email address which happened to be bounced listed.

    I've checked it again and everything is good as far as your form email settings are concerned. I have initiated a test and that is sent based on our logs. Please check your email inbox to confirm. 

    Also, aside from whitelisting us as originally suggested, please add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    Your email address has been added to our bounce list again. 

    a-lab@o2.pl is IN Remove the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<421 4.4.2 Connection timed out>

    I've fixed this, but you have to make sure that Jotform is whitelisted to your end to prevent this from happening again. Ask your hosting provider why this keeps on happening and give them the result/reason above. That will help them find the cause.
