Issue is not fixed. We have several forms that are not working at the moment with same error described above. Can it be fixed urgently please? Thanks

Now I'm getting a message saying the server cannot be found when I try on the iPad. When I try on my PC I am getting a message saying Temporarily Unavailable.

I've cloned and tested your form I am able to submit your cloned form without any issues.
Could you please clear your browser caches and test it on your side again?
