    Issue is not fixed. We have several forms that are not working at the moment with same error described above. Can it be fixed urgently please? Thanks

    So far so good this morning but issue was intermittent yesterday so will monitor today and advise if issue is still occurring. Thanks.

    We have seen this often too.  Its creating havoc with our systems so if it cant be resolved we will need to review our approach.  It's a big issue guys... are you on it?

    Now I'm getting a message saying the server cannot be found when I try on the iPad. When I try on my PC I am getting a message saying Temporarily Unavailable.

    Hi @CITStuServ,

    I've cloned and tested your form I am able to submit your cloned form without any issues.

    Could you please clear your browser caches and test it on your side again?
