The form I've been working on is suddenly blank. Every field has disappeared.

    **********  EDIT  --  ORIGINAL QUESTION BELOW ************

Okay, so I dug around and found out how to revert to the last version before everything was deleted, so it looks like everything is okay.  But you guys should know that last restore point (the top one in the list) said that 65 fields had been deleted--and I didn't do that.

Looks like there's a wee gremlin being tricksy. :-)

    *******************************************************

    Oh, please, please help!

The form I've been working on for a couple of weeks now, "Book Now," has suddenly gone blank.  I didn't delete anything.

Today, as I was working on the form, I kept getting a lot of "The site is too busy" type of errors and long save times.  Sometimes, it just hung as it was saving and I had to refresh the page.  Now this.

I feel absolutely sick to my stomach.  Please, please tell me you can help me.  I found another person on the forumwho had the same problem, and they were helped.  I do hope you can help me!

    Thank you!

We are very happy to hear you've managed to restore your form to before it got blank. A form can be restored to one of its previous revisions by following this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history

As you are describing that issue with lost fields happened after long save times and "site is busy" errors, it seems to have been a network issue where our server couldn't receive the full form when the save was clicked - so it only saved the bits that it was able to receive.

Whenever something like that happens, we recommend doing what you have already done, and that is to simply use the form revision history and revert back to the last state where the form has been correctly saved.

If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know and we'll do our best, as always. :) Cheers
