I have checked some of your forms over their direct links, and they seem to be loading fine:
Or are you perhaps saying that forms are not showing inside of your JotForm account? I have logged into the account to check that, and they seem to be showing within the account as well:
Can you please try using the above provided direct links to your forms, and see whether your forms are correctly showing then? In case the issue persists, could you please take a screenshot of where it is happening and attach it to our forums, by following these instructions:
