You should use your PC to create the form and only use iPad when you need to view/fill the form.

Can you let us know what your issues are with Jotforms on Ipad please? There have been reported issues and it's currently being looked into.

Could you create a tool that allows you to sign your name on the iPad?

I am using it as an induction checklist for new staff, but they need to be able to sign it at the bottom.

Or even if a user could turn it into a PDF on their Ipad at the end of filling it out, then they could use "Sign my Pad" to sign it.

This would have to be able to be done by people just using the form, not the creator.

Just FYI you might look at FileMaker Go for this kind of functionality, although that would take you in a different direction technologically...

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature currently. As a workaround, you may want to let your form users enter their full name as stated by my colleague on this thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/33116-Is-there-a-way-to-get-an-electronic-signature-from-client

    Thanks.

UPDATE: We have just released e-signature capturing for forms.

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/70-Announcing-E-Signatures-for-Forms

You can now add an e-signature question to your form and get your users to sign the forms they complete.
