    I have tried submitting information using a newly created form

    I have tried completely a new form but the information doesn't appear to be coming through.

    I filled out the form for some test. The form seem to be working fine as I can see the test submission details.

    Are you having issues receiving notification emails? If yes, please try to set the Sender E-mail: to noreply@jotform.com and see if the helps.

    Please let us know.

    Hi,
    I think it is an issue with the email address I am entering in the email address field (neil.jones@volvo.com). I have had issue with this before. I have tried entering a different email address and it's worked.

    Glad to know that it has worked with a different email. By the way, you can try to whitelist Jotform's IP addresses: You need to contact your email provider.

    Hi Neil,

    I'm not sure why neil.jones@volvo.com are not receiving emails. I have check the Mail Logs and seems that it was sent successfully. Kindly try to check your spam folder maybe or if not, please contact your email provider and let them whitelist the IP's provided.
