    High volume traffic and unable to get into submissions

    Hi,

    I've noted a few comments on the forum about high traffic and a slowness but those posts have a reply saying it's been resolved.

    This isn't the case for me, my users are reporting they are still getting the message and when I go to view submissions on one of my forms, it's sits there hanging.

    Is there still an issue?

    Hi,


    Seems to be okay in that I can now get into my submissions but there are 8 or 9 from today that has no data against the submission. Will this be lost or will it be retrievable or viewable shortly?

    I apologies for the inconvenience. Yesterday and today we faced some technical issue, and probably the issues in your submissions are because of that technical issue. Now that has been fixed, so can you please try to check it now.

    Regarding your missing data, can you please try to check it in the email notification of form submissions. If you have got the data in your email notifications, then you can edit submissions, and can manually enter the correct form data to submissions.

    If you need further assistance, feel free to revert back.

    I've just signed up for the free trial and was going to buy Silver but am already getting this message so it can't have been fixed.
