Why my forms has been disabled?

    Hi there, 

    I have been curious to why my forms that I've recently created (2/8/16) been disabled. I have tried enabling and disabling them several times though it doesn't seem to solve the issue. I'm asking for support to enable my forms again. I do believe that other people have experienced the same or similar problem and though I'm not too sure how to solve it or what to do. It would be great if someone could help me and enable them. Thankyou.

    Hi;

    I checked your profile and it was auto-suspended due to phishing. Please note that if our system detect any phishing, that account is suspended automatically in terms of being against to our terms of use. However, when i checked your forms, there weren't any fields against to our terms.


    It might be because of the fact that our system detects username, twitter account field as phishing. I suggest  you to change field name causing this issue to avoid this problem occurrence again.
