    Recover the 2 submissions received during the "temporarily unavailable" downtime on form

    Hello,

    I'm currently not able to submit my forms, because the Jotform server is not responding. Also I'm not able to see any entries. Could you please check your servers?

    Thank you very much. The system seems to work fine. 

    But while the system was down, two submissions got lost. Which means we are mission the filled in information. Are you able to recover them in some way? I would highly appreciate that. 

    Here are all the information we got about the missing submissions:

    I checked the 2 submissions and there was no data recorded for that particular submissions. It could be that the submissions have failed or simply didn't go through that's why they were not recorded at all. Unfortunately, since they were not recorded, there's no way to recover them.

    We have also raised this issue to our developers so they can further investigate. We couldn't assure you though if there's something they can do for the 2 blank submissions in your form. However, rest assured that our development team will work on something to prevent this from happening again.

    Don't bother yourself because of the two missing submissions. We go all the data we need from our customers directly. However I'm glad to hear that your development is working on the issue.
