I tried to reset my password by providing my email. Apparently, instructions were sent to my email but I'm not seeing anything in either my inbox or bulk/junk mail.
Please help me ASAP!

Your email was in our bounce list.
I now removed it from our bounce list so you should be able to receive the password reset email once you try again.
