i have emails failing from jotform to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
The email you provided (tic**ts@inte****hci.com) is in the bounce list. I have checked this form and I saw 3 email recipients for the notification. The email recipient (pgh-Ser***eadmin@inte****hci.com) is in the bounce list as well.
I have removed them from the bounce list. You should be able to receive the new notifications now. I checked your notification settings and I can see that it is configured properly.
