Is it possible to merge/insert a very large excel spreadsheet into Jotform without recreating the sheet in a widget?

My organization put together an Excel Spreadsheet cataloging several hundred art pieces for our subsidiary programs to order. We've created a simple JotForm ordering form, but it would be helpful if I could insert the Excel spreadsheet (268 rows x 6 columns) into the JotForm without having to recreate it using the Spreadsheet widget. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, it's not possible. It's the formatting that makes it impossible to just copy/paste data. You have to define the values in each row/column, like the one in the instruction such as a1 XXXX where XXXX is the value of Column A, Row 1.

The spreadsheet widget is a read-only field in general, the calculation in the widget is useful if you're going to let people enter values in every row but I think your spreadsheet is static. Why not upload the file online and embed it? For example, import the file to Google Spreadsheet. You can then use the iframe embedder widget to display the spreadsheet in the form: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed
