How to clear all conditions?

For some reason I have over 500 conditions, I only need about 10 of them. They are slowing my form down drastically! Please help asap!

Hi, I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/lincdio/tekakwitha-games-fortitudo and confirmed it loaded pretty quickly. I also tried navigating around the entire form up until the last page to check if the form is slow in any way but failed to see any problems.

I also checked your Conditions and confirmed you only have 12 at the moment.
