We created a form and send it out today but a few users came back and said they couldn't see the form.
Just a blank page. We do have some other users can see and have no problem accessing the form.
Any reason why this would happen? Browser issue?
Also this morning when I was trying to log-in onto jotform account by using IE11, I wasn't able to and the log-in page (CSS) looks messed up. Please see attached screenshot.
I switch to Firwfox and it's all good but just wondering if it's something wrong with my IE or?

It seems a bit strange that resources are not loading on your end, I have checked your forms and they're loading on my end, JotForm pages are loading fine on my end too.
Could you please try opening your form on incognito mode?
This may be a cache issue, please tray also on a different computer and let us know if the issue still persists.
