    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I see that your Jotform is having some guilty fields including Team viewer ID and password fields that cannot be allowed using JotForm.

    It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, passwords, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

    It is required to agree to our terms and remove these fields from your Jotform so that we can activate your account.
