Why our forms are disabled?

Forms https://www.jotform.com//?formID=20232506098 and https://www.jotform.com//?formID=20323907123 are not working. New Client reservation form and Lodging Reservation form.

I checked your forms and both of them are disabled in your form builder:

So you have to go to each form and enable it. You can do that by going to Preferences:

And then enable it:
