I just upgraded my Jotform to Premium and still don't have access to new features and still see the warning message.
Here's the subscription details:
Date of sign up: Apr 4, 2012
Subscription Name: JotForm premium biyearly for alltransportations
Subscription Number: S-92707190L9321984M
Please, let me know asap.

You already are running on a 'Premium Account' when checked. You may need to clear your browsers cache and cookies, log out and log back in to see the changes.
Your submission limits have been increased. See Image below.
