How to set Facebook pixel page on Thank you page?

We are using jot form on our website, and we are running a Facebook campaign through a company, we need to track the campaign and need to place a pixel on the thank you page that is generated by a completed form, please let me know how to do this.

Would Custom Thank you page work for you? Since you can redirect your customers to that Custom page every time they submit your form. Instead of Thank you page, the custom page will be shown.
