How do I enable email alerts when someone has submitted an application?

I have not received email notifications when application submissions were made.  Is there someway I can make sure that I am emailed or notified right away?

When reviewing the form Adoption Application for Graceland Animal Rescue, I noticed that you did not have any email notification created.
